Normally, I don’t blog about my dining experiences but this… I hesitate to even call it food because it is in such a different realm of what we eat day to day. No, I didn’t take pictures of every course but I thought I might post this menu and let it speak for itself. If you want to read more the Per Se website has, literally, stories behind each dish and ingredient.
